Our initial report will contain a detailed analysis of your current performance that will act as a baseline to compare and analyse the results of the programme each month.
After the initial report we will spend a day every month analysing your e-commerce performance to include visitors, orders, revenue, profit, ad spend and return, email marketing, finances, customer lifetime values, and product analysis.
Each month we will present our findings and a written strategy for the month ahead covering what we will work with you on and the results we are aiming for.

Each module is €800. The "Report, Strategise & Plan" module is a requirement every month and can optionally be continued on after the other modules are completed. This means is it less expensive to complete the programme in a shorter timeframe, however the "Report, Strategise & Plan" module is extremely valuable and a longer program will produce more strategic outcomes. We would recommend that smaller businesses take a full 12 months to do the programme.
We recommend completing the programme in 12 months at most but, depending on your requirements we might vary the module order or take a "mid-term break" during busy periods or staff holidays.
The programme can be varied to suit your business. Each module is payable in advance and there is no commitment to do all the modules. You can stop at any time. The cost does not include VAT if applicable.

Before we can start we will ensure your Shopify website is fit for purpose and ready for intensive e-commerce growth. If we developed your website then it will be fine, if we didn't it might still be fine, if it is not fine then we will offer to work with you at an extra charge to fix it.
