Shopify Support
Under all plans we provide a fair use level of Shopify technical support and development. This includes new pages, product updates, app installations, new flows and automation, and content revisions.

We will set-up and maintain automated flows in Klaviyo and we will help you get started on a consistent and productive email campaign strategy.

Dashboards and Tools
Every package includes a full subscription to Store Hero worth €180, as well as installation and setup of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. This gives you all the data you need to make decisions.

Monthly Business Report
Every month we will product a detailed report for your business that contains key performance indicators, comparisons to previous months, insights and analysis, and recommendations. This report is created manually - there is no automated advice or pattern text.

We will be available for phone calls or in person meetings to discuss any ideas or changes you have. We can advise on grants, software purchases, and issues like cross border trading and logistics.
First Steps
Review & Report
We will start by creating a detailed report in plain English that assesses where you are, where you need to go, and how you might get there. The report will look at all aspects of your e-commerce including your technology stack, email and other marketing, key metrics, and finances.
Tech & Tools
Building a website won't make your e-commerce business profitable. "Build it and they will come" has never been true in e-commerce unfortunately. But you need the best website you can get in order to build a business on it. We will ascertain you have that and build it if required.
Progress & Profit
We will work with you monthly to analyse, test, understand, and change your e-commerce offering until it is highly profitable and sustainable.
Monthly we will send and discuss with you our very detailed report showing progress, insights, and next steps.
Fixed Price Shopify Website
We have built almost 100 e-commerce websites and we have a consistent and repeatable methodology that works for us and for our clients. In some cases (especially with very large catalogues) this fixed price will not cover uploading all your products or pages, but rarely. This price is for a standard Shopify website (not Shopify Plus) for an SME in Ireland with a standard catalogue of products.

Do you have bespoke options?
"My business is unique" is one of the phrases I have heard most in my life as a software developer and e-commerce consultant.
I hope it is and that is something that comes from you. However if you want to sell your unique product from your unique business to lots of unique customers, the best way is probably to make it a complete copy of Amazon. That's not always realistic, but our job is to make your website work, and that is pretty much the same process for every company.
It may not look the same, it may not be obvious that it is the same, but every company needs the same levers pulled to get online sales.
Your "free shipping" cut-off might be €70 or it might be €700. But finding out and implementing it is the same process for us.
If your business really is very different (you have thousands of products, or you integrate with a complex warehousing system for example) then we will of course adjust our prices up or down as required.
Is it only available in Ireland?
It seems word about us is spreading beyond our shores.
Northern Ireland or The North of Ireland - when we say Ireland we mean the island. Call it what you will, we are there for you the same as we are for a client in Dublin or Cork.
Great Britain - we are very happy to work with GB based companies, we will just have to rely on online meetings a little more than we like. We will still try and get over to see you occasionally unless you are on some remote Scottish Island. (Although, if it is one with lots of distilleries we should really arrange a weekly meeting.)
Spain - we love you, and we want to spend time in your beautiful country. No hablamos mucho español, but we are learning, and the language of e-commerce never changes.
