Included with every e-commerce strategy plan is our e-commerce dashboard. It unifies your sales, marketing data and costs to give you a real time view of your profit at a store, product or even an order level. The dashboard takes a holistic view of all your e-commerce KPIs, income and expenditure across all channels and advertising platforms. We use the dashboard daily to analyse your ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), Contribution Margin (essentially the money you make from every order after all fixed and variable costs including advertising are removed), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).

We are partners with Klaviyo, in our opinion the absolute best email platform for integrating with Shopify. Using Klaviyo allows us to analyse and increase your customer engagement, customer lifetime value, and repeat custom rates.
Shopify Analytics & Reporting
Shopify has amazing reporting and analytics that are often overlooked in favour of Google Analytics. In our experience Shopify is more accurate in some areas and Google Analytics is better in others. We tend to use Shopify for the bigger picture and GA4 to drill down into the details.
