Pay As You Go


Some key features

Support T&Cs

Pay As You Go only gives you access to our support software. We will respond to all support requests and may answer basic queries without further charge. In all other cases we will agree a fee and timeline with you for the support work before proceeding.

On Demand is subject to our standard SLA or a custom SLA. Any unused hours can be carried over for up to 3 months. Occasionally we may only have the resources to provide emergency support. When this happens we will always endeavour to notify you in advance and we will refund your monthly fee pro-rata.

On Call support is only by agreement and subject to availability.

All prices exclude VAT at 23%.
