Our standard rates are based on the time we dedicate to your company on a monthly basis. We charge mostly fixed rates and we work hard each month to achieve goals and objectives within the allocated budget and time. We are a small consultancy with a very hands on and collaborative working style. We work with only a handful of clients at any given time and we always work hard to create a valuable return on your investment.
All prices exclude VAT @ 23%. For GB/NI customers we charge in GBP @ 0% VAT using the FX rate prevailing at the start of the contract.
This is a structured program of continuous improvement and development that is run over 12 months. We will work with you to
implement best practices in merchandising, conversion rate optimisation, increasing order value, email marketing, logistics,
and efficiency. This is a hands on process and will require significant time from you or your staff.

We manage and run your e-commerce operations including product management, merchandising, search engine optimisation, Shopify support,
email marketing, customer service automation, strategy, and analysis. We also implement and manage logistics and inventory processes.
Suitable for businesses that already have or have the capacity and market potential for an online turnover of at least €600,000 per annum before VAT and shipping.
The cost of this retainer over 12 months is less than the salary of a junior e-commerce expert, and we don't take paid holidays, and we don't charge you PRSI. If your
company changes direction or you need to scale back your e-commerce operations then you can simply cancel this retainer. We charge a fixed fee
because we believe it works better for everyone if we adjust our timelines rather than our prices. If your website needs a lot of work on merchandising then we will
spend a few months on that, if you need more time on logistics and inventory then we will concentrate on that, if your customers are unhappy and abandoning you then we will fix that,
and if everything need work then we will prioritise the most important projects and start there. By the end of the first month we will provide you with a roadmap for your
e-commerce business outlining what you can expect and measure progress on over the following months. Each month we will sharpen that roadmap and give it more focus.
You will retain access to our support system and you will get responsive and excellent support from very senior technical Shopify and Klaviyo experts. For most SMEs 10 hours should be enough for a mixture of urgent support, general enquiries, some strategy and advice, and expert opinions. You can retain less or more hours as required.
We can't give you a price for developing a new Shopify website as it really depends on your requirements. However building the website is generally the easy part and the low cost part of selling online. Most of the websites we have built over the last 5 years cost less than €5,000. You will also need to budget separately for branding, photography, and a launch party!
