Our standard rates are based on the time we dedicate to your company on a monthly basis. We charge mostly fixed rates and we work hard each month to achieve goals and objectives within the allocated budget and time. We are a small consultancy with a very hands on and collaborative working style. We work with only a handful of clients at any given time and we always work hard to create a valuable return on your investment.
All prices exclude VAT @ 23%. For GB/NI customers we charge in GBP @ 0% VAT using the FX rate prevailing at the start of the contract.
We work with small business owners like you and because we are experienced, skilled, and efficient we build websites for a fraction of the cost of our competitors - and they are at least as good and more often better.

We commit to approximately 72 hours per month which includes days on-site as required. The cost is flexible depending on your turnover and business model, but our standard invoice is €8,250 per month with a non-binding commitment of 12 months.
We work with you to resolve issues and provide advice and consultancy as requested. We provide a support system for you to raise tickets and track progress. We are available on WhatsApp chat to our support clients for ad-hoc advice, running ideas past us, and for alerting us to urgent support tickets. We welcome phone calls, but please raise a ticket first so as we can be prepared. We draw down the retainer hours in 15 minute blocks and if we can we will always resolve more than one support ticket in each 15 minute block.

All our Shopify work is subject to our standard contract.
In order to avail of the quoted prices you must agree to payment using Stripe through the above online link or by Go Cardless direct debit or by standing order for the agreed amount. Go Cardless is subject to the usual SEPA guarantees and you will always receive an invoice at least 14 days before payment is taken. Furthermore, Go Cardless will also email you a couple of days before each payment is taken. Please contact us for an invoice and our IBAN details if you wish to pay by direct debit or standing order.
Our retainer system is designed to secure dedicated support for your e-commerce business. The retainer fee you pay reserves a specific block of our team's time for the upcoming month, ensuring that our expertise is readily available to you. This system allows us to allocate resources effectively and provide consistent, high-quality support. Please note that while your retainer guarantees our time and availability, it does not inherently guarantee the completion of a specific project or a particular outcome, as the scope and complexity of tasks can vary.
To ensure your preferred support schedule, payment of your retainer fee is required by the 14th of the preceding month. For example, a payment made today will be deemed received before the 14th of September 2025 and will secure our time is retained for your use in October 2025. If you retain our time but you fail to use it then your hours will not carry forward. We will work with you to try and ensure you get value and full use of your retained hours. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the agreed-upon support due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule, refund, or adjust the support plan accordingly.
If you have a specific date or period in mind for intensive support or a particular task, we encourage you to communicate this with us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates based on availability. In cases where your required support hours exceed the time covered by your retainer, or for services outside the scope of our agreed-upon retainer terms, we will discuss additional billing arrangements with you beforehand, ensuring full transparency.
All of our support tickets are subject to an SLA, and only tickets raised via our support system or by e-mail to support@perfidiousalbert.com will be actioned.
